VValim Farms grows 100% Arabica between 640 and 760m above sea level on volcanic soil, in the heart of Serra do Cabral (Minas Gerais). Hand-picked selective harvest, natural sun-dried on patio, processing supervised by our own family agronomists. Every lot ships with a complete technical sheet and an SCA cupping score signed by Q-graders.
